I haven't posted since my 3 week mark and now I'm around 790 days since my official quit date.
I used a product that unfortunately is no longer available but I have to say it was just a catalyst to quitting that I was done with after week 3. From then on staying smoke free was about being able to breath clearly in the morning. Kiss my wife without chewing gum first. Not smelling like an asht...

Hi people just checking in to offer my support to newbies and ongoing quitters. I been quit 3and1/2 years now and absolutely thrilled that i quit. Thank God i breathe better and able to walk up hills not like before i quit. To add to this cigarettes in my part of the world are heavily taxed e.g. 50 gms tobacco now $95. Absolutely disgraceful and i could never afford to pay such a price. I feel ...
I think that cutting down gradually has helped me stay on track. I had cut down from 20 per day to 6 per day when I quit 5 days ago. No major cravings. I am using my nicoette inhaler 3-4 times day plus my vape ( no nicotine) 3 times per day. I have got this beat now.

I am 37 days now and feel like a new man :)))
