40 days as a non smoker, plenty of ups and downs on the way, but I seem to be doing it anyway. Happy Easter to you all
I am nearly 5 weeks without a cigarette & I feel so much better. I have now got a little rescue dog & spend my $$ on her instead of cigs. Went to the shop last week to buy cigs & he said he no longer stocked my brand cause I hadn’t been in. Went to 2nd shop & same story. Decided to come home to Missy instead. so far I’m just half way through the month course and I’ve been completely nicotine free for 10 days. I tried champix in the past and suffered terriable side effects and still smoked. Desmoxan is amazing, Within days I went from smoking 50 a day to zero.

1 week as a non smoker how the time flys by I’m so happy and proud of myself it’s something I never thought I would be able to do but I have, changing my habits has helped a lot I chew a lot of gum now haha still have the odd thought about how I’d love a smoke right now but not acting on it, it’s not going to win this time.
