Hi everyone I'm now 108 days smoke free thanks to everyone who left me nice comments on my last post ,I hope your right. I am happy with how I'm going and believe my head is trying to trick me again but I'm not letting it win .I get my teeth this week so I'm hoping that reminds me of how far ive come and achieved.hope everyone is going well too keep strong we can do this xxx
Love being a non smoker , even when I am crazy for a cigarette I am sure I am right . Every day I am healthier and richer and even though it is early days I am getting less cravings and my good days are great !!

It's almost 3 months smoke free. I've been down in Sydney for the whole week but I did not touch one cigarette it makes me a lot stronger and easier for me. I used to other people around me that they smoke but it did not worry me. I don't miss cigarette they are not my friend.

I have now gone one entire week without a cigarette, and am into day 8 being smoke free. Some people may not agree, but what has really helped me is using NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy). The NRT really helps me defeat cravings, also what I find extremely helpful is to change my thought process', and distract myself and do other things when feeling like or thinking about smoking.

31 Days for me. I take my champix. but just lost my job after 5 years so a bit sad today. Have 2 weeks to find work, the presure is on. So with my holiday pay , I paid for a 7 day cruise with P&O.
