Hi it’s fiz I haven’t had a smoke since September I it’s been hard but I don’t really want to have one I do dream that I am smoking but I don’t want one when I wake up I do get cranky sometimes but I feel much better I’m hoping I don’t smoke again
Yesterday was a nice round number of 1700 smoke free days. As the time marches on, smoking has become a distant memory but each day I am truly thankful for my freedom.
To those who are still struggling, my only advice is to keep practicing NOPE - Not One Puff Ever. It works and it's real.
Stay strong and you'll succeed.

As I unwrap the 4th week dose of Champix - i feel so proud that today I have completed 3 weeks smoke free. I quit smoking on 24th April 2021. In the past the cost of cigarettes was never a motivating factor for me to give it up. I would find the money and just go without other things.
