I work with Artificial intelligence. I even work and play against an AI computer. Applying a plan to continually reinvent the contours of my brain I tried a theory with cucumber which I hated even as a kid. Now I love it like caviar. I cannot believe it i made it a full year. It has been a struggle since my husband diagnosis. It does happen, the silent killer....he sneaked into my husband and now we are in real mess to save his life. STOP SMOKING.
Hi all :-)
4 days smoke free today, although I am still using a vape so not sure if that really counts 🤔
Looking to come off the vapes this Friday though as it will be 1 week free of not smoking actual cigarettes.
I find the vapes help me alot when I have cravings, but probably pointless as the vapes still contain nicotine 🤔 will keep going anyway and hope for the best x

I want to thank all of you for your supportive comments. I forget who wrote that they start each day by reading the comments here. I've become like that, and those readings help me.
You know those times, when you regularly used to head outside for a smoke. I don't know about Australia, but here in Canada you're not allowed to smoke inside public places. My husband built a greenhouse o...
