It’s been 7+ months so far for me. Quitting smoking was one of the biggest life changing decision for me. I didn’t realise how much money, energy and time I was spending just to get that hit of nicotine. In last 7 months even with Covid 19 i was able to pay off 80% of my debt, saved enough to see house mortgage on horizon, switched my job and home (now living independently without any housemate s...

I am just so excited to finally be at my 364th day, of being smoke free
Am 3 months in. Have more self control, and enthusiasm, and self confidence. Am excited about my Christian Faith and Following Jesus Teachings. Aske for strength from God-Jesus and Holy Spirit, through out Withdrawl. Realize satan and Demons want me smoking again to ruin my Health. Getting out doors looking a this beautifull World and Gods Creation has been Joyful.
1200 days and counting. Last week I had a cig in a dream. Woke up, no harm done - never forget to practice NOPE (Not one puff ever). So many benefits to being a non smoker but if you are on this site you know what I mean.
Good luck in your quest and cheers.
