So it's been 38 days. And im still taking champix but 1 tablet a day as 2 was making me feel worse. And so far so good the weird dreams have gone, i still get occasional headaches, but what i do notice is the fact im not as stressed and depressed as when i did smoke. i did go through a week of feeling like i lost a friend but that's all due to quitting and i found out its normal. After reading ot...
In the past the cost of cigarettes was never a motivating factor for me to give it up. I would find the money and just go without other things.
However it was annoying at times that I didn't have a certain something and just had to improvise. I calculated today. I would have purchased 14 packets of cigarettes by now at an average cost of $40 per packet. Wow that's $560 i have saved. That's a ...
Well, 9 weeks now.. really past it, smoking that is. Looking for ways to lose a little weight that I gained along the way.
After reaching a year since my last puff on the 6th of February 2020, I set myself toward another goal.
$10,000.00 saved so far is tomorrow!
It has become very easy to not smoke now. And I'd like to thank myself, for "not smoking - no matter what"
Thank you team.
How is everyone? I just ticked over 21 weeks off the darts and I thought I'd drop in to see how everyone is doing and hopefully let my story show that if can do it you all can!
Stay strong, would be good to hear how you all are going, especially those who helped me out in the first few weeks!

Know that with every attempt you will become more firmer in your decision and success will eventually be yours. This i...

It's been a while since I last visited this site, but wow, a pack a day for 40 years, and I'm on the eve of 2 years quitting. Can't believe it. I still get cravings and they're annoying, but I won't give in. I've come this far, I won't give in. Good luck on your journey.
Hi everyone ! After smoking for 15 years , I’m happy to say I’ve been smoke free for 26 days now. I quit cold turkey . I’ve been using a quit app that’s has helped see how many cigarettes I haven’t smoked ( 516 to be exact ) my skin looks amazing and I can smell properly again. The first 2 weeks were the most difficult but I battled it through with NRT, mints. NRT has helped me a lot with the anx...
