Just checking in to report I'm still on track and continue to be amazed that I am actually here today 1000 days quit. I was seriously a tragic smoker and failed my quit attempts many times and often thought it was sad impossible. It just goes to show that if you don't give on giving up this insidious habit, you will be free of the shackles one day. I can even have a boozy night around smo...
I wanted to say Thanks to Happiness, Nuts, PuffNoMore and Ravisca2003 for helping make it to this day. If not for your support not sure I could have gotten this far.
I have saved $3099.00 this far and plan to take a trip to the states next year with my daughters for a month. We should have enough to go shopping as well.

40 days as a non smoker, plenty of ups and downs on the way, but I seem to be doing it anyway. Happy Easter to you all
I am thrilled that I have actually managed to quit. I like reading posts still here and there and reading stories about others early on struggles helps me to stay on track and focused at all times. For me quitting was REALLY hard, so I never want to revisit that first 3 months ever again. I owe this website and all the good people on here so much for there support and for anyone reading this star...
6 weeks on and still no smoking. The first few were weeks were challenging and you feel very vulnerable but my goal is never to pick up another smoke ever again. Keep busy and start walking! And looking after my grandson also keeps me on my toes. I feel great.
Saw my Cardiologist on Friday. Thank God he told me everything looked great after my stress test.
I saw my regular doctor early this morning. She says my blood work looks great, except for my thyroid levels. Easy fix. Nothing to do with smoking.
Then I had an ultrasound at my surgeons office. Again, I believe all is well.
So, my health is great, super duper, wonderful. I am celebrating my 18 w...
I am at 124 days smoke free, or almost 18 weeks. I mentioned last week that I am having difficulties lately because of major upheavals causing major stress.
I haven't smoked and I am not going to but I am finding it hard to find something else to occupy my mind.
My husband still hasn't found a job and we have about 2 months before we have to start moving to-somewhere.
I can't work because I am...
I am nearly 5 weeks without a cigarette & I feel so much better. I have now got a little rescue dog & spend my $$ on her instead of cigs. Went to the shop last week to buy cigs & he said he no longer stocked my brand cause I hadn’t been in. Went to 2nd shop & same story. Decided to come home to Missy instead. Someone up there was looking after me. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👻👻👻👻👻👻
