I decided to check how long I have been quit for, and I am pretty stoked with the no. 477. It's so weird, I feel sometimes like it hasn't been that long...like it's only been a month. And i feel pretty proud. So everyone on a quit journey, You can do it!!! 🤩🤩🤩
Hi everyone just checking in I'm still on my journey it's hard not to keep count 1/11/19 I remember the last day I smoked a cigarette was before I had two teeth pulled on 1/11 they kept making a point to make sure to advise me not to smoke to avoid getting a dry socket and I just was so overwhelmed by the control anxiety it had over me I was more worried about not being able to smoke then I was ...
Just checking in. 334 days of being a non-smoker. I'm so happy for myself. I should do something to celebrate my one year milestone in November. A spa day? A weekend getaway? What did you do to celebrate your first year?
I can’t believe I’m at the 60 day mark. I’ll be super excited when I get to 365 days smoke-free, but everyday matters and small victories should always be celebrated..
Don’t forget to do something that makes you feel badass, all day.. Whatever that means to you!
1600 days smoke free cold turkey. 45 years and I would never have believed my determination. I just love the new numbers. Some are ordinary and some are so exciting. Hope you enjoy your journey as much as I do mine. So amazingly incredible. I am flabbergasted,
shocked, dumbfound, taken aback, bowled over, knocked for six, floored, astonished, amazed, astounded, stunned, flabbergasted,
Thank you Allen Carr 😘 40 days today and still smoke free.
The cough has gone but still shortness of breath.
38 years of being a slave to the coffin nails.
Congratulations to all that have quit or even thinking of quitting.
I just wanted to check in and let you know I am 10 days short of being smoke free for a whole year 😃
If you asked me a year ago if I would/could succeed I would have laughed.... but here we are and I truely couldn’t be prouder of myself! Thanks to willpower and Zyban!
I’be got over a month behind me and looking forward to staying smoke free. Anytime my mind wanders to considering having a smoke I think of a big red stop sign and it’s worked really well. I know it’s my mind that will take me back to smoking. My physical health has improved so much. Whiter teeth, more stamina at the gym, warm hands and feet are all big benefits so far. I’ve gained a bit of weigh...
I had the goal of having another smoke free holiday and being smoke free for six months. I am pleased to report I have successfully achieved both. I went to New Zealand to visit my brother. Then when I came home I just had to wait a few days to be six months smoke free. It was so worth it.
