Hello everyone 🙂 im glad to say that im now 27 days smokefree, cold turkey 👍
In the beginning it really was horrible..
Night sweats, irritable , and pretty horrible insomnia.. first three days are the worst it gets physically after that its just mind over matter in my experience anyway..
The reasons i feel i had to quit were..
1. The money!! I was spending upto 25-35 dollars daily..
Why do so many put the decision to Quit so later in life?
How is it that one packet of smokes is purchased almost daily?
I truly respect you guys who have given up, found the freedom and no longer want a single puff. But unfortunately, there would be a majority of smokers always having some excuse to continue to smoke.

My quit date is Monday 3rd Febuary 2020...My reasons to Quit are: I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 5 yrs ago, and I want to keep my circulation good, I don't want any parts amputated...also to make exercise easier ,to breath better, not to have to worry about not having money for my habit ..To afford other things in life cos let's face it, it takes a lot of money to smoke there's days...I kno...
I find if I chew gum it helps me to stay focused on quitting, BUT, then it makes me hungry so I spend more money then necessary on food.
