I was smoking two packs a day. Sometimes a pack in an hour. It was just time to quit.
Besides my health being much better, I have saved a load of money. I finally quit after smoking for over 40 years. It has been 18 months as of December 7, 2019. I still have cravings sometimes. I just don't act on them.
