I seen people in hospital with breathing problems and I don’t want to be worse than them I have early COPD and I can prolong the illness I gave up cold turkey in beginning of April and I have not wanted to smoke
Oops! I nearly forgot! On May 30th I reached my 7 years quit date. Hope Dobbin and other quitters around that time see this and know that with their friendship and support I am still "stench free". Wallet is getting very heavy! Can only hope others achieve success and go the distance.

I have finally realised that Mr Nic o’tine is an evil and wicked tyrant who aims to destroy brain chemistry and invade and break down every tissue and organ of the human body then laughing all the way to the bank. This could sound a bit extreme but that is what smoking does. I have had a lightbulb moment. And that is enough for me to say no more and goodbye forever to this insidious habit.
I recently started smoking again 😣 I quit for 9 months now I’m back on them 😣 need help with quitting again 😢
Starting my quit date on April fools day. The ironic thing is, I am the fool for smoking. I became a single dad about 10 years ago, after my partner died, when my daughter was 6 years old. She is every reason I get up every morning. She has made me a much better man I am today.
