Hi everyone. I had my last cigarette about two months ago and I really didn't have any cravings ever since.
However, the physical symptoms, such as headaches, anxiety, rapid heart beats etc. have been very challenging for me. I did some medical analysis and everything is fine. Therefore, I am incredibly grateful to all of you who have shared these stories and made me realize that this isn't any...

Panic attacks, body aches and chills, racing heart and palpitations, restless nights, horrible dreams anxiety.

Long night, last night. Thoughts of lawsuits, homelessness and destroying the finances of my family. Still, I am very proud of myself: My usual go to was to turn on the TV (or iPhone) and watch until I passed out. This time, I walked around the house, ate an apple, put on an audio podcast and listened until I feel asleep. And I kept to my morning routine of rising early and journaling...

Try a strict routine and support from Family. Being around ones you love helps and so does the routine. Sure i go to sleep earlier, but the savings are astronomical! And i still drink coffee. The carrots are good and so are other fruit, yes ive gained a little weight. All in all, life is better as a non smoker after 4 weeks. NOPE, Not One Puff Ever
Couple of days, on 6 January 2021 will be one year since quitting smoking for me and gaining the freedom of becoming a non-smoker.
Despite 2020 being one of the most difficult years for many, including myself, my father also unexpectedly passed away. There were many times I felt like folding but I didn’t... I didn’t post here this time last year, but I read through some of the posts of people th...
Watch for mouth ulcers and gum irritation. I read that 40% give up quitting when the ulcers hit and I can see why but have not given up. Any hints on getting rid of the ulcers?
Wishing all a very Merry Christmas, Happy HoloThanksMas, and wishes for a much better, and smoke free, 2021 :)
So I decided on starting of Oct that I will quit smoking for good and I did. I’m happy that I was able to quit again. The reason why I’m here in this forum is to seek similar withdrawal experience if any or any advice on it.
Quitting smoking was not difficult for me as I have done it 3 times before but this time withdrawal seems to be taking longer to fade away. After 2 weeks of ...
