Well, 12 weeks no smoking. Off the Patches and gum now. All on my own, into the unknown! I feel confident and relaxed. Hard to believe i quit, from a pack a day. Gotta take it easy i guess.
It's six months since my last smoke. The time spent on smoking has been spent on family, friends, reading, exercising, and watching good movies. Never been more happier. Thank you to all in the community which has been my support during this journey.
