Deciding to quit smoking because of the cost is not a good enough reason alone. We have all deprived ourselves of better things in life while choosing to smoke. Maybe you couldn't afford to buy a house. That is a great security and investment if you missed out.

It seems that some, including myself, are having trouble posting, since the change.. I also think, the first thing we should see, is the latest post, not top stories. The way it was. It was simple, clean, and easy to use. We have a saying, here in the States,, IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.. :)
We appreciate what you do, but sometimes, it is best to leave things as they are..
Just thought I would try to help a few of the people who have posted Llanelli about their struggles with quitting. We keep saying it and that is because it is key to quitting happily.
Your mindset is a very powerful tool...and you can use it to aid in quitting more easily.

Hi everyone! I really need a tip on when to take my champix. Im in my second week & really struggling at work. I work 8:30pm to 6:30am & not sure how i should be taking the day & night tablets. Is anyone else in the same boat? Anyone previously been through this? At the moment i get home in the morning & take my day tablet & then take my night one before heading to work.
