It was GREAT and so unexpectedly surprising! I never thought I could go without a smoke for a day - but I didn't smoke for a month!!
then at the turn of the month - I was so sure that I had permanentl...

I have realised I have passed 8 months smoke free. I am bloody proud of myself. I have done it w through covid and losing my marriage and the life I knew. It has made me realise I am a strong woman. And proud of myself. It makes me feel good to be able to share that with my I can quit family. I proud of the woman I have become. You can do it too.
To commit one needs to accept to bad and what sacrifices must be made to achieve the good.
Remember that you are choosing you.
Realize that having a cigarette does not change the situation you may be facing. Making up an excuse to have a cigarette is just that, an excuse. Generally, during our earlier attempts, most of us tend to be full of excuses, once you realize this and take control which means to stop making excuses, you start to get results.

Hey there, so at the moment, I’m currently on day 19 of champix and for about a week now I’ve had nothing but constant vomiting. I know feeling nausea is common but just want to know whether vomiting every day is common?? Every bit of food I had that day, gets taken back out with ease and it’s starting to make me panic a bit. Anything I can do??

Tomorrow marks my 2 years of being a happy non-smoker. I think the realization that I was an addict of sorts albeit legal made an impact. Trying to better my health in other areas led me to the belief that I could quit smoking. After 4 decades of smoking I finally came to understand how I started and how to end it.
Hence lesson 101.111111 and yes i won, won, won, won. And will keep...
Hello everyone :)
Quitting with the smoking addiction was the start of a new chapter in my life, which lead me to a much better path. This has inspired me to help others achieve this, because I want everyone to able to live a heathy lifestyle.
Im already helping two test clients with success on the journey to stop smoking completely. As I want to perfect my method and gain more experience, ...

(12) Today was easy!
Listen to what I am saying: “Going the entire day without smoking was easier than anything else I did today.” Now consider this . . . I am a 73 year-old man who smoked anywhere from a pack to three packs of cigarettes a day for 53 years of his life. I also happen to have celebrated 8 years of being nicotine free on July 12, 2020. If anyone had told me on July 11, 2012 that I...
Adopting a belief in yourself and desiring to be a non-smoker can achieve wonders. Many start their journeys thinking that it will be just another failure , but we do learn at each turn and will eventually get there. When you achieve the right mindset, when you believe that this time it will work and commit to the desire, when you realize that smoking never did anything for you, you too will choo...

Hi All, I am 756 days quit today....yay.
I have learnt many things through all of those days. We are stronger than we give ourselves credit for. If we really want something we can and do make it happen...quitting is exactly the same. Wanting to quit and making it happen is within us all.
As in life...don’t focus on the negatives...focus on the positives. Being a non smoker is full of positives ...

Most of the withdrawal and recovery issues are well published and no surprise but at weeks 10-12 I started having excessive sinus drainage and mucus, sometimes bloody, build up in the back of my throat (Not coming up from my lungs). My Doctor assured me that this was actually a good indicator of tissue rebuilding throughout my upper respiratory system that may continue for several weeks. Periodi...
Hi all. First time joiner and poster 😊 I started smoking age 14, quit age 31 for 8 years then started again 3 years ago. I’m 23 days in of ditching the death sticks and have found it relatively easy. I think this is because I had an easy experience when I quit the first time and know that I can live very happily as a non smoker because I did it for 8 years! I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and give you all a story about Christmas and a little gift.l
My sister pulled a Christmas prank on Mom and it was hilarious! She presented my Mom with a box with air holes, a bag of dog food and a leash. My Mom , while liking animals, was appalled at the idea of owning a dog. Too much work for her at her age. We howled in laughter as we surmise...
