I have just signed up today with the goal of reducing and then going cold turkey.
One concern that came up for me is what impact would this have on my body and I was hoping that you all may have some tips on what foods and/or supplements may help my body with the change of becoming a non-smoker?

What I didn't realize when I quit smoking was how much time I was losing by smoking. Not just the time at the end of life but the time during my life. 1. Kava capsules or powder for quitting smoking side effects like irritability. They have helped alot at keeping me calm.

When I told myself that cigarettes were not friends it was easier to turn my back on them. Tip was given to me by Quitline person. I would get stressed then the internal dialogue was. No they won't help me they're hurting me and then I'd ring someone who'd care.
