Associate yourself to new place where your old habit reminds you, keep walking in new places/garden/mountains and breathe (deep breathe) after 1 month and observe what you missed when your able to breathe easily and deeply... :-)

1. Kava capsules or powder for quitting smoking side effects like irritability. They have helped alot at keeping me calm.

I didn't know what section to put this request in on this forum? I will be on 10 days without a cigarette but tomorrow is my Birthday and I usually go out with some family and friends. When I told myself that cigarettes were not friends it was easier to turn my back on them. Tip was given to me by Quitline person. I would get stressed then the internal dialogue was. No they won't help me they're hurting me and then I'd ring someone who'd care.
