So I think I had a personal breakthrough when it comes to managing those disgusting cravings that used to pop up every now and then. I was craving them so much it was like a hallucinary experience for me to get at them again. My Mom got me some patches to really do the trick and make it all go away once I made my mind up: no more of it!

Hi everyone still on the non smoking train
I am still struggling with cravings.
Especially first thing in the morning.
The minute I open my eyes it's a feeling of o wait I don't smoke anymore and I fell a downer feeling happening and I don't like it.
Why this happens I do not no.
Yes I am happy that I no longer smoke but I think it's still fresh in the mind I no longer smoke.
