Hey guys again I just want to know something . I’m not scared but when you quit and it’s been 3 months did your lungs start to feel inflame? Idk after my 3 month my lungs feel inflame for some reason . Maybe what I’m eating ? I’m trying to cut down on beer because I’m to stress out of what’s going on . Please let me know . It’s nothing bad & I have bad acid reflex to so idk if that’s it ?

For me just hanging out with smokers when they smoke (restaurants, pubs, work) helps me a lot. I have smoked for 43 years and going cold turkey for the 2nd time in my life. The first time was around 20 years ago and lasted 6 months. Fingers crossed this time around.

"I'm gonna smoke just one cigarette to beat the cravings and no more". If you do this, you're gonna want another cigarette 10 minutes after the first one. Don't do it, it's ridiculous and pointless.
