I think it's disgusting on this website uses methods to stop that clearly is not working ,but one method they did not post was the method of Acupuncture Laser therapy- This method is literally 95% effective but yet insurance companies will not cover it, but they will cover the patch, and the gum like huh? I thought I would post about the benefits of quitting smoking for me as it may help other people.
I used to post about my cravings but they have almost died away now and I still get an occasional one or an urge to smoke again but then I think of all the effort I have put in to remaining a non smoker.
Anyway physical exercise is a great way to de stress and it also gets rid of toxins in the body...
I am disappointed in the lack of response that I have seen in my absence and request that you not only notify those outside of Australia that they can return, but also the members who have had nothing to new read and get support. Together we can make iCanQuit a place to travel this journey together.
These are some of the things I do and think about in order to beat my cravings:
1. Take several deep breaths exhaling out my mouth.
2. A 10-15 minute silent meditation just focusing on cool air into my brain and warm air flowing out of my nostrils. Then change the warm air to cool for 10 mins then at the end back to warm.
3. Listening to some music that suits my mood.

I am wondering if anyone could suggest a good quality guided visualisation i could access, whether found on an app, or on youtube? I am a bit fussy when it comes to these, but any suggestons from people who are actually using them and on the same journey as me to not smoking, would be helpful!
