I’ve tried so many things to stop smoking, and I’m still smoking 30 a day. Im lost with everything about quitting at the moment and not sure we’re to start. Has anyone got any tips?
Have started on having patches and inhalers to begin, today was a success. After meals and with a coffee in the morning is hard. But wanna keep going.....
I've just quit after 38 years of smoking and have long views the filthy, expensive habit as a friend and stress reliever. I now know it's my worst enemy. Day two and I am using Champix and drinking lots of green tea and just eating what I want...but not too much. Today it was salty chips. Any advice for long term success? Thanks Tracey
Today is the day that I say goodbye to the ciggies. I am doing this for my health I have had 2 lots of virus in a month so it’s time. I feel it’s a gentle warning sign. So here goes .
Today I woke up and knew I needed some help. I have tried to quit so many times before. I googled I can quit and signed up. My plan is to reduce the amount I smoke each day and by the end of the month say I have quit. I know the road will be hard. This is my first step. It's great to know that this forum can happily agree we are in this together.

Hi everyone. I have been back out there smoking since around October last year. I can't remember how long I was smoke free but I sure remember how good it felt when I was a nonsmoker and how supportive this platform was. Tomorrow will be day one for me.
