Thanks for the check in. Yes 3 days after countless attempts not getting ahead of myself but am feeling okay. This time I’m trying not to do too much and getting plenty of rest. On minute hour at a time.
This is my 3rd attempt this year...First time I gave up for a month, second for a fortnight...Wondering if I go for longer this time...
Hi everyone, i have been smoking since 4. 5 years. I really really want to quit and have tried many times before and failed always. This time i will be trying harder than ever. Its my 1st day and i am 7 hours smoke free.

Hi Y'All! I quit Feb 6th and was 13 days into my quit when I relapsed on the 13th day because I dropped my phone in the toilet and was freaking out about it. I learned that I was a little too confident about my first quit an...
Im new to this community so I thought I’d start by sharing my past experiences.

During my first attempt I did use Champix but I substituted normal cigarettes for herbal ones. I managed to stay smoke free...
