Hi, I had been smoking for ~17 years, & at times i was a very heavy smoker. I have been cutting back over the last month as i knew i would have to stop smoking soon (varies reasons!).

First time posting, but I am really excited that I have made the two week mark and have not touched 1 smoke. This time around, I am finding myself a lot stronger and ignoring cravings. I think my mindset is different this time around :)
