My dad always told me that if you got your health you got it all. I'm eating healthier. I would highly recommend getting a NutriBullet. The two drinks I enjoy is carrots and apples, banana and milk.
wow nearly a full week without a smoke. Am doing okay only find that my anxienty is back on a higher level again. Am hoping that this will soon pass. Plus I have an appointment with counsellor on Tuesday which should help. The other help is seeing how much I have already saved.
I often mention Allan Carr's book as being a great tool in accepting the journey but I have been reminded of someone just as persuasive. Whyquit is another forum and Joel Spritz gives great advice.

Picked my quit date. Threw away anything and all things related to smoking.
Accountability: Told my Family, Co-Workers, Friends, that I was quitting.
If I get an urge at work, I walk with one of my "smoking" friends, who won't smoke around me. I advised them I had to stay away from smoke. Period.
