Hello all, first time poster!
I never had a quit date I just couldn't be bothered going to the shops for smokes. For about a week I barely felt the urge to smoke so I thought I could fly with it as solid quit attempt.
During the day with some changes to my habits I find it easy to not smoke but then night and lethargy comes and the cravings kick into over drive.
At night I use the nicore...
Hey there, so at the moment, I’m currently on day 19 of champix and for about a week now I’ve had nothing but constant vomiting. I know feeling nausea is common but just want to know whether vomiting every day is common?? Every bit of food I had that day, gets taken back out with ease and it’s starting to make me panic a bit. Anything I can do??
Just wanted to ask how everyone's experience like when they quit from week to week.
Let's get this out of the way, im 35 year old male and I was a heavy energy caffeine drinker. I used to drink 2-3 160z can of energy drink daily. As my driving job was coming to an end, I kinda slowed down on the energy drink.

I have been excited to write 7 days on this forum. I have been here many times before, what always gets me back onto cigarettes is that I don’t have cravings necessarily but reward thinking. Thanks to all of your stories, I have some real treasures in my belt now to stop that, for instance someone wrote of week three being hard and month three. Well, I have felt that in the past as well, but this...
Long night, last night. Thoughts of lawsuits, homelessness and destroying the finances of my family. Still, I am very proud of myself: My usual go to was to turn on the TV (or iPhone) and watch until I passed out. This time, I walked around the house, ate an apple, put on an audio podcast and listened until I feel asleep. And I kept to my morning routine of rising early and journaling...
Hi all, like to share my experience with you guys. I have been a smoker and drinker since early teen. Never knew why I have been doing so. I am now approaching 57yo and have been running low on breath lately. The was that time back in 1993 when I stopped smoking for 7 years coz I had newborn baby at the time. It lasted until me and my partner split up. The stress of the time lead me back to smok...
I just want to know if anyone else is having these withdrawal or has had, I stopped smoking cigarettes around the beginning of November, by the 9th I was really constipated and couldn’t even pass gass without straining and pooing was the same, I was then put on laxido and after the course I was able to pass wind but til this day I have trouble and pain in my lower left abdomen, I’ve had bloods an...
Hi, I have sipped smoking for 9
Months. However, I’m craving that satisfaction that only a cigarettes gives. It feels like an actual physical craving. Will it ever go?
Had a minor slip up yesterday afternoon, back on deck!
