Hello

It's been 62 day's since I quite smoking, my journey has been rewarding on so many levels. I can breath better, I have saved money & I have so much more energy.

But I think the difference for me was I wanted to quite .. not have to quite.. and I think that has made a big difference on how I had handled the challenges a long the way of staying a non smoker...

I now go to the gym and I have taken back up swimming laps which I love to do ... but was unable to swim laps when I was smoking.. I would totally run out of breath... NOT GOOD...

So my message is... find your WHY.. and believe you want to quite.. Shayna

Quitting is so much easier when we WANT to. Quilt trips and fear do not make it possile at all. We need to learn to Choose to quit and e proud that we are following through. We learn and thrive on new knowledge. Learning raises our dopamine.......

We can find new life after smoking. elieve it!

Hi Shayna- congratulations on your 62 days! I am just beginning my journey. Thank you for your tip- I also think your exercising is a great idea. Exercise helps raise those dopamine levels- and is so much healthier.
