Hi Kathy, you are doing great!! Not gre as t about the headaches, but a good idea to start exercising and to see a nutritionist. We all need to invest into looking after ourselves. When I quit I kept getting mouth ulcers in the first 3 or 4 months, this has stopped now. I think our bodies do struggle a bit with the withdrawal along with our mind from breaking the filthy habit. Stay strong, you are going great, and you deserve to feel super proud😊

Great job Kathy. You can research foods that trigger migraines and foods that help. Drinking plenty of water is recommended to help as well. Dark chocolate is good for you. I mix cocoa with mashed banana to sweeten it and freeze as a treat at about 10 at 15 calories each. We deserve to treat ourselves now and then. Sweet potato helps headaches and putting cinnamon on increases metabolism...a win win! Feeding our bodies right enables them to work at full capacity and alleviate most problems on their own. I am still into turmeric and ginger (and other herbs and spices that can all provide us so many antioxidants and anti-inflammatories with minimum calories and plenty of flavour and variety. Hope you feel better soon. Stay focus and stay strong!
