Well fellow quitters, i am pleased to announce that i've managed very well to say no thanks this weekend. i had a friend visit and we had a few drinks before we begin an alcohol free month (personal choice/challenge) my visitor politely refrained from smoking, which i thought remarkable as usually a good 10 would be puffed away on within a usual visit. At one point we went outside so she could enjoy a smoke.... even though i had a few drinks, i had absolutely no desire to participate in the smoking... i'm quite pleased about that (little pat on my own back for that)

I visited a Chinese clinic and spoke about the detox process and how i would be interested in accupuncture and herbs to help reduce the stress associated with it (i haven't been sleeping well at all, this first week having 4 - 6 hours sleep per night compared to pre quitting 8-9 hours) But wow my house is neat and tidy :)

Your sleep pattern should go back to normal after 7 to 12 weeks off nicotine. So don't worry.
