Posted in Staying quit
schedule 2 Feb 2014

I have been smoke free now for 2 weeks and in that time my blood pressure has dropped , I suffer a lot of stress in my life and have found exercising a great stress relief and distraction not a anything too hard just a short walk or bike rides, my kids have been fantastic too encouraging me all the time

Exercise I find is good for the soul too, good on your children for supporting you. Keep it going. 36 days for me.

Feels better not puffing away while having a walk doesn't it.

schedule 3 Feb 2014

Well done on the days not puffing!

42 Days for me, staying positive, and keeping the reasons to quit close to my heart, prevents me from thinking about cigs, and wanting to puff. Hope we all succeed.
