Just a note to self: temptations come so suddenly. Be prepared to fight back. Will power and lots of breathing, don't panic, don't break, don't let it break you. Water, get up and walk. That darn thought "one doesn't hurt, doesn't count" - YES IT DOES.

Say to myself again and again: I AM A NON-SMOKER, I AM A NON-SMOKER...

I had that thought today 'one will be okay' but it lasted for a minute or so and then it passed off.... never underestimate it ... you are right it is a fight and it will get easier. I am so glad I did not give in I would have regretted it. Keep going good luck
