60 Day's & Shining

Posted in Staying quit
schedule 4 Nov 2011

Guess who's 60 day's today!!!

Since i gave up the habbit, iv'e picked up another one.... I'm back in the gym and looking great!

The positive changes since i quit have been absolutely amazing, even dealing with what once would have been so stressful for me, now i can rationalise and execute with ease!

A little tip... There are plenty of excuses to use so you dont have to look far, i choose not to use any of them.

Just Do It and move on.

P.S I started my Journey a day apart from "Firegod" buddy dont you need us anymore? you use to post every week? any progress with the IMS?

Best Wishes to all.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!

So so happy for you! Well done that is so fantastic you have made my day start with a spring in it!

Learning to deal with the stress with out smokes has been a big one with me, I think they were the guard for my tongue, I would go and have a smoke and calm down abit before I spoke as I really do have a major problem with the filtering between my brain and mouth, But yes I have learnt a new skill there and dont need them!

I like the tip alot and will keep that in mind and hope you will share more 60 day wisdom as even at 45days I still need them!!

Have a fantastic day and Thankyou for sharing your journey!

Still here. Bad Internet.

Thankyou Tiger, Winner, Bluesuzi, and all you other guy's.

Kathyrose, what is so difficult about doing something that will save your life?

Perhaps you could try going cold turkey because it sounds like what ever your doing isn't helping you.

You really need to keep physically active, try walking and mentally active, try reading! But not anything, read material on smoking and it's effect on you, if you still feel like smoking after reading what it does to you.....

It is only a matter of time before you habitually change your bad habit, it is a known fact that it takes us 21 days to have a psychological shift in any behaviour, so you should be there now.

No one said it is to be easy!

But life as a non smoker a rebirth.
