I have just made my quit plan. And yes i am nervous even the thought.

Smoking for me has always been my escape if im stressed have a smoke no matter what occasion or anything my first thought is smoke. I currently spend $110 per week. A ridiculous ammount right?.

Of course this isint going to be taking a drive dowb easy street. But this is it for real i cant keep litteraly lighting my life away!

I have a baby girl who needs her mum

My basic thought at the moment because i am also in the process of losing 40kgs is 1 thing at a time or i cant do it by myself i was willing to pay $500 per session for hypnosis. I need to do this once and for all imagine everyweek i put that 100 away. Before i know it i will be fit i will have savings and i will stay strong. Wish me luck

You can do this Sarah - but you've got to really want it. Be kind to yourself. My motto was and still is "Whatever it takes"

Weight gain = Whatever it takes - I'll lose this later

mood swings = Whatever it takes - I didn't actually have these but I hear they're common - recognise them if you have them

tiredness = Whatever it takes - take a nap

lack of concentration = Whatever it takes - this will get better around week 3

etc etc etc etc

We are all different and experience different things giving up but remember you are an addict (as are we all) So every time your crave for a smoke - remember its only you addiction playing mind games with you - be strong and it will pass - it actually does get easier as time goes by...
