I created a vision board that I posted on the wall in the room I use the most. I have a plan, tracking device, and accountability partners. I am getting pretty good at this part, since I have tried to quit smoking several times. The difference this time is my success in a weight loss program that gives me the confidence to start again.

That's the go, I lost 18kgs before I stopped smoking....after 11 days am starting to feel better....1 day at a time...1 day at a time you to can beat this demon

Well done on creating a vision board, its all about a new life without cigarettes. The first step then is imagining what you will be doing instead of smoking. Its a life changing journey so good luck and welcome aboard. X

Fab stuff!! Swimming is another great way of putting off having a ciggy...It takes so long to get there,swim and dress you e forgotten all about wanting one( for a bit!)
