That's awesome! I'm on Day 18 and glad to be rid of those filthy things. You're right .... it will pass.
Take care
Karyn

I am so happy for you and for all the others who are choosing to be free of the smoking addiction. You have every right to be proud of yourself, so keep up the positive thoughts and things will work out as planned.
While you quit drinking alcohol, which leads to many demises, I know that I got headaches when I didn't drink coffee. (This was before quitting smoking) Caffeine is also somewhat addictive I found, and I have read that nicotine diminishes the effect of caffeine. It is recommended to cut down on the caffeine when cutting nicotine as to keep down the jitters. (which is expressed as anxiety by some)
If you felt that omitting coffee was beneficial to you that's great. Kudos to you and your resolve to become a happy non-smoker. Thanks for sharing your story !

Thanks for sharing Eddie and well done.
I thought ooh irl give up irl get fit do this do that it’ll be great what an incentive. Stop drinking and go keto diet at the same time. Spring clean my life.
In hindsight I think I’ve over expected which has taken away from the quit attempt.
Wish I’d paired it back to stop smoking- healthy eating no drinking- hit the exercise as the mind blocker by which point when motivation waited I’d have felt so fit lost weight boosted my energy I’d feel like it was a win. Way too ambitious
Turns out i have no energy after stopping so now fee l like I have failed with all these grandeose things I expected to achieve and haven’t.
I think reading and daily exercise is the way to go mate thanks.
