schedule 1 Feb 2021

Another day one yes another failed attempt but I feel like this time I will be okay. Have only ever got to day 5 them the cycles starts again and again. I must say when I quit I don’t have an appetite which is scary as am underweight and d CSS an not afford to lose any kilos. Has anyone else felt like this as the majority have an increase increase in appetite I wish

schedule 1 Feb 2021

Start every new quit with an open mind, determination and a belief that this is the one! It very well could be the final attempt . When things just line up and click.

We learn all the time about ourselves and nicotine and that we are stronger than it. We CAN quit.

Most of us wish that we could lose weight, although gaining it could be a problem if you are eating right. I can eat well on 1200 calories, do extra exercise and not experience hunger. I may wish I could eat other things from time to time, but am really quit happy and eat well on my way of eating diet. When we eat empty calorie junk foods, they tend to make us want more of them. Perhaps you might try that to get extra calories before eating the filling nutritious stuff. You can have your cake and quit smoking too....lol!

schedule 1 Feb 2021

Thank you happiness I guess we are all different which make us all unique and special. So we all owe to ourselves to succeed we are so worth it. Feeling exhausted and crappy but I know it will pass. Sending positive wishes to all

schedule 2 Feb 2021

I feel for you Evergreen, please consider practising NOPE (not one puff ever) as many times as you like. You might also want to look at a video which helped me enormously, called "How to grow to be a happy non-smoker" by NASIA DAVOS it is on u-tube at TEDxUniversityofPiraeus. We indeed are all different, I put on weight and it has taken me a year to take some off.

As suggested eat well, with a balance of nutritian and carbs, A Dietition might help! Do not let this put you off from stopping, smoking will not help your condition. Nicotine loves to trap you into thinking just one or just two. Stop Breath Nope (not one puff ever)
