Hi everyone! I just decided to join today because I’m having a really hard time! I quit about 2 months ago with the help of Allen Carr’s easy way which helped a lot with cravings and changing my mind set but not long after I had an event with drinking involved and I caved and smoked. Since then I have been struggling. I get anxiety just thinking about going out or to an event, my mother is a smoker and I get anxiety just going to see her and I smoke. I don’t want to go back into the trap! I haven’t completely failed and I still try everyday I want this to be over with forever. My new quit date is tomorrow aug 9, would love some advice about how others have dealt with events and drinking, and even being around people everyday that smoke. ♥️

Have you tried the Nicotine patches? They help lots! On my bad days, I tell myself that I'm no longer a smoker! I will not break! This addiction will not defeat me! Some days I won't put on the patch to see if I'm strong enough yet to do it on my own but when I feel the craving too strong, I wear a patch. Find something to do with your spare time. Pick up a new hobby. Best of lluck.
