Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising up every time we fail

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Most people, who have quit smoking, have had at least one unsuccessful try in the past. It is not important how many times you try to quit. The only important thing is, that eventually you stay quit።

Stop smoking and bring a huge change in yours & all your family’s life! Yes, “Act now before it is too late”. ...“The most important time in life is now..” (I read this somewhere.) It’s true. I’m wondering if you ever have had tried to quit smoking in the past. The biological attachment cigarette smoking might have to ones body is way less than its psychological attachment. The nicotine that runs in ones blood, which causes addiction, is even less than 50% (I’ve read this too, sometime in the past).

The psychological “addiction” (the way you grip the cigar in your fingers, the place & time you usually chose to smoke, the way you puff the smoke {remember those circles, coming out one after the other?} ....takes the lion’s share.

It’s more of in our mind. Substitution would help: do you usually go to “x” cafe for morning breakfast & that’s where you have your first smoking? Don’t go there. Is it on your bed ? Getup earlier & do some physical exercise, etc.. .

As a parent there is nothing worse you can do that to be a smoker yourself. You will be partly responsible if your child starts smoking cigarettes because children grow up to imitate mommy and daddy. Quit today, unless you want to face the guilt of pushing your children into this ugly habit which you have been fighting with forever. (from unknown source on the web)
