DAY 2 (reboot)

I rebooted and now have 2 days in.

Daily commitment to NOPE ( not one puff ever), by rebooting I learned that you can't set up an easy way or a just in case. I thought dieting was hard, but it is much more forgiving than not smoking. I am using the patches, and still getting a nic fix. This has helped lesson the cravings a lot. I am dealing with the emotional side of not smoking. Still doing the cough drops ( I don't like the taste so I doubt if it will be a long term thing). I chew a lot of sugarless gum. One of my biggest triggers is picking up the phone and then lighting up- so I am not using the phone as much, at least for now. My friends understand and are being fairly supportive. DH ( dear hubby- who has never smoked) is supportive, and understands my need for down time.

So today I am smoke free!

Well done - the emotional side is a complete struggle, not sure how my hubby is dealing with my crabbiness - not sure that I would deal with myself as well as what he and the kids are
