Oh the power of sunshine,I took my little girl to swimming lessons this morning and got to sit in the sun for half an hour. Oh how nice it is.i think when you give up the darts it's important to get outside and feel the sun on your body, doesn't have to be a power walk or marathon it just reminds us that we are part of a community and makes us revisit what we have to offer to the world. We tend to get so absorbed thinking about that dart we can't have. But if you make the effort to get outside it reminds us that we are much more part of a bigger picture. Sometimes the walls of our homes tend to eat us up, what do they say"cabin fever ".having a lovely day not even one thought of a dart today.learning that whatever life is kind enough to give me I don't need a dart to cope with it.keep strong and allow yourself some chill time.xx

Hi Nannette, love listening to your posts, they are inspirational. I wish I had the time to keep up with it as I did in the beginning every day. I seem to have acquired a full time job as PA/secretary to my sick mum. However, I always love dropping in to see how everyone is going & so love to hear all the stories of success as well as the struggles which means people are out there trying their hardest. Don't give up people, you CAN do it.

Hi Nanette, thank you for your post today. I have been pretty miserable all day and despite a brisk walk this morning, I am having trouble slaking off the equation that quality of life =freedom to smoke. I know that's not true but the thought had hovered over me all day. Reading your post is refreshing and gives us all some optimism. Thank you.
