41 days....wow

41 days, I cannot believe it, I never thought it was possible after smoking 40 a day for almost 3 decades. I stopped taking Champix before week two had been completed. I didn't like what it did to my brain, however, it is an amazing treatment and got me over all of the physical withdrawals of smoking. I have been in a number of situations recently where it would have been easy to smoke...private setting, with good mates etc....however, the smell now makes me feel a little sick....Emotionally I am fine, in fact my breathing, energy and overall mental health has gone though the roof. As for money....this site tells me I have already saved almost $1000, I am telling you that it is much more than that. I keep finding family rewards (perhaps I have guilt) Fleetwood Mac tickets for my wife and I, Taylor Swift Tickets for my wife and daughter, new furniture for an audio-visual room in our home...all sounds extravagant but in reality it has been easy as I wasted much more than this when smoking. To think that every day I walked into a shop, handed over almost $30 and requested something that was doing me much harm.....

Life as a non-smoker is something that I have never experienced in my adult life and I can sincerely say that it is so much better.
