on day 26 now without a you know what, don't want to say that word.

the difference on how I feel is fantastic, when I have a craving I change what im doing and in a few minutes its gone, its all a mind game now, the physical craving has gone.

im stronger than I thought and feeling good about that.

PS didn't realise how much it stinks especially on someone's breath.

I will do this.

i look forward to being able to say i'm on day.... once i make a break for it (soon) you are really distancing from them. There's nothing really good about them, nothing that is needed, if they did anygood (ie: relax) we can do it better without them.
