Keep busy and don't thinks of it. I had more cravings with this quit than any other quit I have had but they are more bearable and I don't think about it much its been 40 days for being smoke free . Think my taste buds are recovering I haven not gained or lost weight but I put it on the first year quit I had and have struggled trying to loose it. But thanks so much for the email that said you missed me no i have not smoked and plan never to backslide again. I am forgetting to take the Champix but take it the minute I think about it. I don't want to quit the Champix now or to soon. Actually it is said it takes six week to make something a habit I would think that would hold as well quitting you have to get into the non smoking habits and smoking gives you lots of habits you don't think about much like lighting up when you on the phone or getting in the car as well as after eating etc all those habits. I dont miss them to much . If I do think of a smoke I just find something to do lately its been jigsaw puzzles with me the harder the better or solitaire on my ipad. Thanks for the support keep the quit or KTQ hugs and hang you new guys that are quitting keep rocking
