8.my life style changed...i sleep withing 10 minutes, alwys i feel fresh.
9. i take deep breath 5 to 10 times every hour, which i found alternate to smocking.
10. still i am studying interned about quit smocking programme.
11. yesterday i foung a new topic...which says becoming ex is a feeling lyke a death of a best friend(which i was feeling during smocking) and every day mourning the death.
12. i became a self observer and was always at peace within.
still to come

Awesome accomplishement pravi, well done. Remember be aware of the evil nasty nicotine, do not give in. Free yourself from the addiction. You can do it. I did :). I quit smoking cigarettes 5+ months now, coldturkey. I am very proud of myself. I am non smoker, and very happy with myself. Quitting smoking is the best thing I have done for myself. Goodluck to you!

Hi Pravi, well done on your quit so far you are doing really well. I'm now 7 weeks smoke free and at last it's not foremost of my mind and is just a fleeting thought once in a while. Keep up the good work, it will get easier. All the best
