Awesome accomplishement pravi, well done. Remember be aware of the evil nasty nicotine, do not give in. Free yourself from the addiction. You can do it. I did :). I quit smoking cigarettes 5+ months now, coldturkey. I am very proud of myself. I am non smoker, and very happy with myself. Quitting smoking is the best thing I have done for myself. Goodluck to you!

Hi Pravi, well done on your quit so far you are doing really well. I'm now 7 weeks smoke free and at last it's not foremost of my mind and is just a fleeting thought once in a while. Keep up the good work, it will get easier. All the best
