Day 5. Again

schedule 5 Jan 2014

Hi All, just wanted to check in and THANKYOU all for your stories and continued support. In the past year I have probably given up 4-5 times with my recent attempt hitting the 60 day mark. Although I know what to expect and am prepared for the battle I still have to fight hard to beat the nicotine demons. How can something so discusting be so controlling.Anyhow I am getting through, one day at a time, I am staying positive because I know I am stronger than the cigarette, I am a non-smoker and I AM going to win!

Nic succeed, why don't you have a look into quit4good it has a good success rate they claim you are over cigarettes in 5 to 7 days it is all natural no drugs or chemical you can check them out on the internet what have you got to loose maybe you can give the fags the flick once and for all you must know in yourself you cannot keep on going the way you are, well all the best and goodluck.

Nic you are strong enough to come on here and admit to slipping, in my mind that makes you strong enough to quit, stick with the effort mate and you'll make it.
