550 days .... and

still going strong... after 26 years of smoking, a few years of short lived attempts to give us , finally, 550 days later with the help of Champix which was god-sent for me !  We all make lots of excuses as smokers, definitely the hardest thing EVER to do... but we are all in the same boat ! Don't make excuses, just do it ! I feel sorry for the line ups at the smoke counter, im so glad I'm no longer there... the cravings appear now and then, but i'm sure if i put the smoke to my mouth i would gag ! I love getting in touch with the site and reading everyone's stories, for all those in doubt, just take one day at a time !  Good luck
