Hi All, just wanted to share my first goal of being quit for 1week. I have felt strong and have not even wanted a smoke. I think this is because of my many quit attempts. I now realise that the thought can be beaten. I haven't been feeling real great but I am hoping this will come in time, I am looking forward to a healthier life.Keep it up guys and keep posting, it really helps!
