Right, I dont like to write too many stories on this coz i dont want to jinx my effort. Well basically i havent smoked for nearly 2 and half years. No complaints. Just letting people know that the good vibes from quitting continue. Cravings? I Stopped feeling them pretty much from week 1 or 2. Guess I knew I was over it and my mind just resetted. Strange how you go from 40 a day to zilch. Just fed up with it i guess. Im pretty stubborn when it comes down to it.hehe.  Best things i used? small nicabate lozenges. Take care.

thanks converse and gammy. yeah i reckon if u stay on track and dont forget what your doin then you pretty much got it beat.dont be scared or nothing just remeber that your health comes back and u save a bit money. cheers guys.
