Dont listen when someone says just have one

The hardest thing for me so far is the'just have one doesnt mean you have failed' its like waveing a flag in front of me and its what I want to hear to give me permission to have one. I really dont think its a good idea to say it to someone with an addiction as it is the permission/reason I would be looking for. So that is the hardest for me so I got stuck into the cleaning of my daughters house.She was most appreciative did the whole house in 3 hours :) felt better and stronger
