Hi Guys.

So many different stories on here on how and why we have QUIT. The ONeE thing that is or seems the same is that "i" did it. Not your wife/mum/dad/husband/friend etc etc etc .. 'I'..

This is a key reason I thingk it has worked for me this time round. Like most i tried a few times different ways , but this time "i" wanteded to do it for my self not anyone else. I have had help with the aid of Champix and have been smoke free for 21 days and going strong.

The way to stop cravings i have been taking in a lot of FRESH air.. Deep breaths and my time to relax out chilling with the air... Its grwat ot feel free from smoking. the stress they gave me was huge. I'd stress when i was going to get the next smoke were i was able to have it , if any one saw me having if i smelt afterwards and who long was it till the next one. All day every day.. But the smoke relaxed me.. Bull S**t.. They made me more stressed out . Im so relaxed now its not funny.

So all those thinking of or doing the quite. "Just Do It", for yourself only... The others will get the rewards as well but it is about you..

Enjoy the rerlaxed state of mind that comes with the quit..

I feel lot less stressed after quitting...and the confidence boost that is the best part :)

Smoking is (expensive) addiction, not relaxant or stress relief once you admit to yourself that you are an addict it is easier to quit. I was battling with withdrawal effects but never craved for a cigarette, once the nicotine is out of your body it is over. Cravings are easily ignored if your mind is 100% sure that quitting is the ONLY option.
