This is for quitters to count down how their bodies are improving in a positive way.

schedule 10 Jun 2012

It is also best to look at how you can improve since there is really no point focusing on what has been done. sure you have a risk of emphysema after smoking for 10 years but I don't see looking at that any good unless you are targeting prevention and since this is a quit smoking site, I think we are safe to say by quitting the only way is up, well all the best

Although I am still in the early days I loved reading Zoeystar post.I have printed it off and placed it on my fridge so i can read it every day. Although years of smoking has damaged my lungs it will remind me why i quit and that my health will improve for it

Like Rainbow4006 says no use looking back it is looking forward to a brighter and healthier future.
