It happened the other day i ate something i'm not proud of or drank a thing that i haven't drank for a long time cause its unhealthy or i slipped up eating maccas whatever it is, it tends to make u feel like regret, then sh*t then sh*tter (over thinking, complicating things) then u do the unthinkable or thinkable of just relapsing. That happened to me, it's hard since we live in an unhealthy world it's hard to stop the negatives, but watching videos about it and doing the work that works helps a bit but then i eat something unhealthy and boom i feel like i should relapse..

You didn't become YOU overnight and it takes time for changes to become routine and normal. Make the little changes that are easier, make them routine and add from there.

Not all desserts are unhealthy, Use healthier ingredients like applesauce for oils , honey for sugar, (and cut it down) besan flour , nuts and cocoa for a chocolate muffin. We still need to not overeat, but the good stuff stays in the system longer and can still taste great.

Exercise good choices. The best exercise is one which you can stick with!

I'm 21 (just turned 21 on the 11/12/2024 trying to find a job, i'm unemployed and if i do tend to find one i'll probably blow it on brothels, i don't really attend to them no more as it was draining as it was and not worth it so i stopped. Saying nah not today made me lack in repetitive routine

Meditation, gym and apple cider are all good habits and if you find some contentment or joy in them then they should be easy to incoporate into your daily routine.

Good on you for making the first steps to a better you.

Keep up the good work and embrace the small accomplishments. Together they add up and make a huge difference.
