Given up many times before. I now know my hardest times as my body adjust to no nicotine. 1st week was easy with mental strength and feeling good. I know 2nd week is hard as my mind tries to make everything's a really good reason to smoke. Keeping very busy helps with mental help and the nicotine tic tacs. Heading into week 3 and I know it will be hard for others as my emotions and spurts of anger run high, anxiety and depression for next 2 weeks. I have really practiced hard on self esteem and self praise for this time, meditation and calming to bring anxiety down. I will likely slip, but will not fall into self disgust and give up on giving up. Rembering how good I was feeling and breathing.

Yes, stay strong and continue to feel good and breathe easier. This IS your choice and you can do it this time.

Well I bummed out yet again. Why is this addictive drug so accessible?

Should be like everywhere drug of addiction.... script only..... Governments only think of income from the taxes. Yet like other banned addictive drugs we go without alot of really important things like food, medication, medical help, having to take leave from work cause dont have fuel for the car, etc. Yes it is that real. I have been witness to breakins, thefts etc to get that nicotine hit and it's getting worse due to the cost of them. Continually putting the prices up is negative impact. Well, trying again.
